From the beginning of this process the salesman was extremely patient with all of our questions and concerns. He was proud of his company and we could clearly see that. He explained thoroughly the best type of window for each area for our house and explained the process of the installation and financing so we understood. When he brought the window in to demonstrate how it worked we were quite pleased.
